Shipping & Delivery
We operate 24x7, but order processing and dispatch happens during business hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placement.
Estimated delivery timeline: 3–5 working days from dispatch (subject to courier operations).
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update. After this time, the courier company is not liable to investigate further.
Returns & Replacements
We ensure all our products are tested and shipped in perfect condition. We accept replacements in the following scenarios only if a request is raised within 7 days of delivery and supported by a clear unboxing video:

Damaged products on arrival
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Wrong product ordered

Change of mind or no longer needed

Errors in address provided

Inability to understand product usage
If you'd like to replace a sealed item with another variant of the same value, we charge a Rs. 200 one-time pickup fee. Partial order exchanges are not supported.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 10–12 working days.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 working days of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order in cases of:

Stock unavailability

Need for additional verification
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the charged amount will be refunded. Promotional vouchers used in cancelled orders may not be refunded.

Prices shown on the invoice are inclusive of packaging, delivery, and GST. For tax breakdowns, please refer to your invoice.

Packaging Details:
The Gummies will be packed in a plastic sealed box, which is safe in a Corrugated box.
Delivery & Tracking
Parcel will be deliver max in 7-10 days in Pan India. It can be vary according to the distance from the nearest hub. But not exceed than 10 days.
Customer can track his parcel through the respective courier partner's website. Detailed text will be forward on the Customer's Whats app.
Account Information

Your registered email ID acts as your unique identifier and cannot be changed through your account.
