Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We provide an easy way for you to cancel your order through the “My Orders” section on our website.

You can request cancellation anytime before the delivery of the order.
If cancellation is allowed for your order, a "Cancel" button will appear next to it.
Click the "Cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process.

For Prepaid Orders:

If the order is in “Confirmed” status, you may choose your refund to be issued either:
- Instantly to your Vellora Wallet, or
- To your original payment method (takes 5–7 business days)
If the order is not yet shipped, refund will go to the original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped (“Shipped” or “In-transit”), we will request our logistics partner to return the package. Once the return is initiated, the refund will be processed. We cannot refund delivered orders.

Cancellation & Refund Notifications

You will be notified by email when your cancellation is successful.
You will also receive a notification with a refund reference ID once it has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds will typically reflect in 5–7 working days after that.

Returns Policy

We do not accept product returns. However, we offer replacements in the following situations if reported within 7 days of delivery:

To request a replacement, email us at vellorawellness@gmail.com. Our customer service team may ask for supporting details or images.

A new Order ID will be generated once the replacement is processed, which will be visible in your order history.

Wallet & Refunds

Refunds processed to the Vellora Wallet are valid for 12 months.
Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn or refunded to original payment methods.
Wallet transaction history is available on your account dashboard.
In rare cases where a refund reference ID is not generated due to issues from payment partners, please contact us via email. If valid, we’ll provide a separate refund link within 24 hours.
